This guy is a idiot. Hitting a heavy bag is how you develop your form. The better your form gets. The more power you develop. Speed also creates more power. Theoreticaly the faster = more impact. Anyway hitting the bag. Is one of the best ways to get in shape, loose Weight, and get some self esteem. Every one should hit a heavy bag. It's mentally, and fisically awsome. Excuse my spelling, I'm a boxer, not a spelling champ.
