Oh sure. The ultimate goal is transcend physical time.... Going through the physical to get beyond it.

So no offense, but is therea point to this stuff besides keepin you from pullin' a muscle? I am a freeweight and MMA junkie, and with all the weight training it has take'n a toll of my Head Kick Height. Good Leg strech routin' anyone?

What a neat idea!! I am gonna try this. Thanks! I always love using the wall /or a bed as a prop. From appearances alone, looks like you are still holding a lot of tension in the back of your neck....I would really slow down with tilting the head back.

@Daniea3 Hmmmm... I don't know! Maybe? I'm not practicing the pose much now cause I changed teachers & am doing 3rd only up to Nataranjasana at present. I did practice alone yesterday on the holiday & so did full 3rd. I'm not sure i'll ever be able to do this Raja Kapo w/out an assist or prop.

@boodiba
Well, I am pretty certain you will get there at some point since you practice and if not, that's isn't the purpose really is it? :) I really think that getting our psoas opened to this degree can take several months if not years since we've spent much more of our prior life not doing this...that's the neurophysiology of held patterns of movement in our ligaments and our brains!! Have fun!

@Daniea3 I've already learned to do way more than I ever dreamed possible before starting Mysore style about 5 years ago. It's all good. I do really enjoy it. I'd never get up at 5am for mere exercise!

@DTShipper I haven't filmed anything in quite some time! If I could get off the bed & on the mat I might record something today, but I am experiencing Profound Dearth of Motivation....
