  • 16vt. Not bad riding for the time you have. I noticed you approach your R/H curves from the outside. Thats perfect, but as you get into the curve cross to the inside then back to the left side as you exit. this way you straighten out the curve somewhat. On your left handers you do it perfect. We all have one side or the other we favor.

  • thanks for giving me something to study/work on gforce

  • Honestly, you should be thankful 16vt that your bike isn't fast!. You should work on your approach .Peace, Mick

  • No offense taken, but that's why I'm on the bike I'm on. Unlike a lot of people, I'll admit I'm still in early stages of learning even though I've done about 25k safe miles. I'm looking forward to learning more on a track day and not someplace like that. Although it is fun to watch more experienced riders and locals rail through there, it's not for me. Trips down there are all about having fun with friends and riding all over the place.

  • I will never, NEVER, understand what the appeal of a Harley Davidson is. Spend a ton of money on a bike which doesn't want to handle and makes you look like a prize chump? No thanks.

  • I used to think like that too, but bikes are comperable to hammers in that different ones are suitable for different tasks. You wouldn't use an autobody tin hammer to drive steaks into the ground, nor would you use a ball pean hammer in place of a carpenters hammer. Different bikes are good for different things. Those HD riders were down there just enjoying the riding just as everyone else was. I was riding through it at a faster pace than them, but there's locals riding way faster than I.

  • @daBlade80 Don't your arms/shoulders get tired raised up like that against the wind?

  • @Ctaak Harley's are for open road cruising dude. They're soooo much more comfortable for long rides than sport bikes

  • @16vt Love your perspective, since I pretty much share it. I enjoy my Harley for cruising at a "moderate" pace for long trips, but am thinking of buying a CBR600RR as well to get that different style of riding. Also the ladies dig the vibrations as you crack the throttle, which works in my favor hah. Live to ride, Ride to live.

  • @16vt ... wow... that was a nice thing to say! Its refreshing to see a positive comment from someone who appreciates ALL bikes.. regardlessof the name on the tank. Thats the way it should be! Good job on the video, & now knowing you passed with respect just makes it all that much better. Thanks for posting!

  • Dad...is that you?

  • @Ctaak: ask your MaMa the appeal of a Harley. I took her for a ride about 9 months before you were born.

  • @Ctaak: Some Harleys make great canyon burners. Like an FXR/DYNA with a pizza cutter front tire and drag bars. But I sure wouldn't do this on a swayback Bagger. And I doubt you've ridden a TON of Harley's (except for maybe on your PC).

  • bitch please
