The fan problem is a common problem and cheap and easy to fix. It's just the resistor for the switch. But any Chrysler product usually does develop a lot of problems that are much more serious and expensive.
@JohnnyGadgets81 - My circa 2000 resistor, was located inside the engine compartment on the firewall just above and to the right of the passenger side strut tower.
I have a 2001 dodge grand caravan, and that all works fine, but the rear fan doesnt work AT ALL, so as the air con(sorry about the english, im latvian :D)
I got the resister at Autozone a couple weeks ago for $14 dollars for my 2003 T&C.

I had the same problem... It is the resistor in glove box. Its about 2" long. It runs about $70 - $100. It literally takes 10 minutes to replace.

@susiemail81 same thing in my 01 caravan last year. Same fix, blower motor resistor, its right behind the glove compartment. easy fix

If the fan works on "High" only, you have a bad blower motor resistor!!
