sad, they didnt pass that bill till 2011 i believe..after alot of them are either dead or broke from trying to pay for their medical bills..

Did you know that the "fines" (fine powders mostly objects less than three inches in length or height like wedding rings, gold teeth and body parts) that were collected to be sifted through wire mesh crates were actually mixed with cement and put into NYC potholes? That means New Yorkers are literally driving to work each day over their own fallen heros. Kind of makes me sick

Anyone guess Y they didn't say the air could KILL you to the people doing the clean up?Had they said it was Cancerous,they wouldn't have been able to load up the crime scene and ship It out.What does a criminal always try and do?Cover up his tracks. The entire area should have been evacuated first,then people with breather masks could have worked but you can't do that when Ur destroying evidence & shipping It over seas mind you like there are no metal recyclers In the U.S.& people buy this?

The lawyers and doctors are working for the corpoate hitlers, they don't care about the victims, they only care about people only about money and power. It cost too much to help an injured worker, it's easy to be a coward and turn your back on the injured. Rated them zero disability all while the evil doers bankrupt the system by diverting the money and putting the country in debt! Bottom line don't fight wars or do a dangerous job for this corrupt country! The yellow belly cowards will run.

This really pisses me off! This man gave his all and got absolutely nothing in return! Is this what we stand for? Or is this what all of us sit for and allow to happen. We have turned into a nation of complacent wimps who are too afraid to band together and fight injustice. This man's story should sicken us all knowing that he is the voice of many like him. I will be donating to the site posted. I encourage some of you to do the same.

Most bi-lingual people retain an accent of their 1st spoken language. Just like everything, some people do better than others. Regardless of his English skills, the fact remains........he & many others have been used, spit out, now its time for them to die. The new AmeriKan Govt doesnt care about soldiers or 1st responders. We are simply peasants to do thier dirty work. Like George Carlin said, "this country is over"
