@ruthgan Judge Napolitano says that any person has the right to be tried in court, which is true, but it DOES NOT APPLY to a terrorist or a group of terrorists to even let them be tried.

You ought to take a little time, not real long, and actually read the Constitution. Then think about it. Is that how you'd design a union of nations, or states, to provide for the common defense and insure domestic tranquility? You might even decide Judge Napolitano deserves a higher score than one, much higher. He must be Fox's sop to the libertarians. He's not like the others on fox.
