Right wing extremists are going to ruin the Republican Party for 40 years, exactly the way the radical left scared the American mainstream away from the Democrats in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Americans didn't want anything to do with Black Panthers, Nation of Islam, SDS, Weather Underground, etc., and they will run just as fast to get away from a Republican Party now dominated by a hatemongering and lunatic fringe.
