Bear bait with popcorn! Make popcorn in a 30 quart Turkey Deep Fryer; save time, money and make it faster than other traditional popping methods. Be sure to check out my video "Bear Baiting Tip #5: Popcorn Shaker Bin" to save yourself some time and effort as you make up your popcorn.
@cdahoyer: Both work, but I prefer a "sweeter bait" and cater to bears 'sweet tooth'. Myself, I mix 1/2 straight & 1/2 Kool-Aid coated for bait. Shrinkage usually means you used to much hot liquid Kool-Aid. (Note: a cold mixture will work provided the popcorn's hot & just came off the popper). Don't worry about fully covering the popcorn; just add for flavor. Last but not least check out my Baiting Tip #4 video for an easier way to coat popcorn (both at home and on stand). Good luck!

@THEM0therViolator: Thanks. I buy Act II Yellow Variety Popcorn in 50lb. bags at Costco, Sams Club, etc. Prices vary around the nation but usually run $17-$22 per bag and will fill a maxium of five 55 gallon drums depending on waste, humidity, shelf-life, etc.
