It's been a while, but I managed to spark some creative energy and pump out a track. This is a remix of Something About Us by Daft Punk on their album, Discovery. I used to "unclean" samples to remix this; one of the main groove/riff and one vocal loop (non-acapella). Sorry if they don't sound too polished.

Yes, this is a LONG song, but please, just sit back, relax and enjoy it! It's a dub of the original, from funky French deep house, to a more energetic dance style. These are not cleared samples, as this song is not for sale. I'm very proud of this song, so even if you find yourself not liking it, just know that I still feel like I've achieved ALOT.

Sorry to disappoint you but I didn't actually use an acapella, I just took a sample of the vocal and EQ'd it as best as I could to remove the background noise. If you listen, you'll notice it's still not perfect. Hopefully I helped in some way, sorry otherwise.
