  • For pressure die casting we use principaly Zk3 and Zk5 because they are common and well adapted to this process.

For your application maybe you can a Zamak 3 but I heard that the best alloy is tin/lead. Hope you will found more information on wikipedia, take a look on the spin casting article.

  • can zamak rust

  • It is not truly "rust" in the traditional sense, It oxidises and tarnishes ( the oxide looks like a white powder, we call that -the white rust- ). Many treatments are made to avoid this problem ( zinc plating ).

  • Nasty

  • Which type of zamak alloy is that? ZAMAK 2, ZAMAK 3, ZAMAK 4 or ZAMAK 7

I’m impressed in the way of separating the little castings using a kind of rotary sieve. Is possible to do that with any zamak alloy? Are there others factors to implement that rotary sieve?

  • je veux savoir des informations sur machine injection zamak 40tonnes (les fournisseurs, prix, comment contacter le fournisseurs ) et merci d'avance

  • what the heck is zamak?

  • De la fonderie sous pression zamak comme on l'aime. Et au niveau productivité, imbattable.

    Et c'est français en plus
