@joeharness15 Depends on the model, though I don't believe it's region specific. Higher end models usually have the system.

is this on all stock preludes? or just a certain model like is this one imported straight from japan or is that a right side driver mod?

@tuxedo94, it makes a huge difference. Maneuverability is greatly increased by just a couple degrees of steering angle. At low speeds they turn opposite of the front wheels, at high speeds they turn the same way. This is to help with quick lane changes, as well as agility in avoiding accidents.
