i have been to malaysia and i dont remember i f i eaten this durian but dont think it smelles that bad so bald guy dont be a pussy

For some reason this ticked me off. I love durian and the smell. I get the tour guide because I'll be pissed too if someone just came and said to everyone watching the show that durian sucked.

I think the guide thought he was being disrespectful, but he really wasn't. He said it smells bad only to foreigners. Well obviously not, because otherwise hotels and train stations wouldn't ban it. I enjoy foods that I know others don't like, and people eat things I can't imagine putting in my mouth. It's all about personal taste. The people in some cultures think Westerners are crazy for drinking cow milk, and I'm not offended that they think so. I think the guide was kind of rude about it.

hahaha this part is awesome, I watched the show on a morning after with a bunch of friends and that guys accent was so epic when he says " the smell is unique Right" that we cracked up for at least an hour after that!!

he is a jerk....can't even eat the durian.....but can eat the frog heart.....Durian is similar to some of the American cheese.....some of the cheese smell is worst than durian.

haha... durian is a wonderful fruit. For first timers, you should try to bite a small piece at first and let it melt on your tongue. It is really sweet that way...Don't be so greedy and chew the whole thing. Haha.
