Why can't the dialogue be more clear?

@Joecbg100 If you knew how this doco was made in 1995 you would know why. 1 x VHS recorder with 2 tracks and one camera.

The edit was done in 1995 using 2 VCRs and a camera pointing at stuff on the wall, from memory. The audio was a dub of two separate tracks.

i remember the day it first aird on tv, and i still watch it to this day 16 years and counting and the show ia still a big hit from age 6-12.

it started in august 1993. for the longest i thought the same thing. i even had episode guides with it starting on october 20, 1993 which is clearly wrong.
