Karen came into our office wanting to know if we could modify her loan for her. After meeting with her we discovered that she actually facilitated her own AMAZING loan modification on her own! I was so impressed with her aggressiveness and tenacity, I asked her if she wanted a job. She has since become a HUGE asset at the CAG because she can not only empathize with our clients, she knows exactly what it takes to get the job done! She's truly a rock star, stud muffin, take no prisoner's kind of woman! We're lucky to have her!!!!!

We are no longer in business. We were basically ran out of business by all of the POS home owner's that are trying desperately to take advantage of the system here and NOT MAKE MORTGAGE PAYMENTS for months/years. It's the big scam NO ONE is talking about!

Loan mods work, if you can stomach the process you can GET THROUGH IT! Don't hire anyone! You can't trust anyone! That's the truth! Call AHMSI EVERY SINGLE DAY and bug the shit out of them. Period!

If all is true, I'd have to say, WOW!. I did everything I could think of to get originating doc from AHMSI and even held up my unsigned fraudulent loan app. to the judge. I still ended up being foreclosed.
