  • Y isn't she in the kitchen?

  • @MrIskate101 My videos range from workouts to advice to recipes, so I change things up each week.

  • I talked with a nutritionist while in college, & she pointed me to an accurate & reliable calorie calculator:

Go the the "Baylor College of Medicine" website, & type "calorie calculator" in the search, & click the link that says "Adult Energy Needs & BMI Calculator". Choose "rarely" for your activity level, & ur TARGET (not current) weight, & use that amount of cals per day as ur guide.

P.S. I would've put the link directly in here...but YouTube is hardcore against that lol.

  • @ATD909 Sweet!! Thanks for that tip : ) Yeah, even if you tried to type the link, YouTube keeps you from posting it, grrrr..... lol!

  • but are there any specific exercises for these things

  • No, there are not. That is a myth. That is why I made and posted this video. It is a combination of a leg, core, and total body strength training program, combined with cardio and eating right over a long period of time to see the results. Just make it part of your lifestyle and your body will fall into place as is should : )
