I think this episode would have been cooler if it was Skeletor who had released the energy beast.

This is the first episode where Cringer transforms into Battle cat. He-Man gets sealed into the ancient temple, or so man at Arms, and Teela think. However, thanx to Battle Cat, He-man comes out okay
