I shat myself uppon seeing this...
The DS NEEDS a SHMUP like this...
As nice as Nanostray is,(Second favorite SHMUP, actually. Oddly enough, despite that I love these crazy bullet hell games more than any other kind of SHMUP, my two favorites are quite far from this style. Third favorite is pure blue hell, though. :) ) it's really a completely different kind of Vertical SHMUP.

ah nvm, saw the end and was able to translate a bit. I then did research and found that this game is:
Ketsui - Kizuna Jigoku Tachi a game released 2002 by Cave and Published by Arika. I havn't been able to find a release date, but as the author states in his title... date has been unconfirmed and so has the trial.
