I like your style of cooking man. You take the main ingredient and made it your own. I like the way you prepare the chicken. You put taste in your chicken. Most Thai restaurant their chicken have no taste because they just add the chicken into the sauce. Keep cooking

chicken doesn't need to be sauted
roast the curry paste first in the oiled pan, when it become a little brown add coconut milk stir until bubbled, add chicken stir to simmer, add vegetable

then seasoning
and most important is you need some sweet basil
