Yes, but no. You can download additional tracks in the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 versions. The Wii version sadly does not have that option. As a matter of fact neither will Rock Band for Wii. :(

No it doesn't. The Harmonix's ssaid that they would add "track packs". Which is sad because I like Rock Band but i'd rather wait for Guitar Hero World Tour. That game will DLC's. =]
