Setting up Seagate Satellite to accept SSH

A colleague of mine setup SSH within the Seagate Satellite under my instruction and created a video as he was doing it. Hope it serves as a guide to anyone out there interested to do the same.

hey man,

wondering if you would explain for me how to get samba 3 to work on the goflex? i bricked my first one trying to install it because there is not enough space on root.

have gotten samba 2 with dropbear running fine on it now but lack of large file support is a big hinderance for me and seemingly that is not a problem with smb3.

i'm relatively inexperienced with linux so i don't want to risk breaking a second goflex by just diving in head first without at least a little guidance.
