The clip shows excerpts of our second Training camp in the beautiful black forest (Schwarzwald), in Feldberg, Germany from 16th-23rd of July.
This year we were reeeally unlucky with the weather but we were able to book last minute the sporting facilities of our hostel.
The agenda held again many interesting things for the students like Open hand Forms (Tao Lu) according to individual level, Applications and joint locks (Yong Fa, Qin Na), Weapons forms and applications, Breathing exercises (Qi Gong - Luo Han Gong, Tai Ji Lian Gong), Some basics of Qi Xing and (Ji Ben Gong), and competition fight basics (Sanda Ji ben Gong).
I myself held lessons about Tang Lang and Qi Gong (Luo Han Gong) while my students Shifu Fabio Marcelloni taught Tai Ji Lian Gong (Yang Family Qi Gong) and shifu Holger Meyer was responsible for sanshou (he has fought in over 50 full contact bouts in boxing, Thai boxe and Sanshou).

@Tunks1 Thx; I tried to make a few drills to understand better the keywords (We have 16; the first eight you can see in the video are Gou, Lou, Cai, Gua, Beng, Pi, Diao and Ke)
