I love how these clowns who know nothing about piping competition feel the need to comment.It's not uncommon for an Irish band to wear a tartan kilt in competition (keeps the judges focussed on the performance not the uniform). As far as piping being uniquely Scottish, please.. In fact, at the World's 4th place was the highest a Scottish Band placed. If you'd like some nice insight into competition and see an amazing performance copy and paste the title below .
