  • Hey man, i just picked up some glycomaize from ON, I was wondering, is that good for post workout? Or is eating 2 bananas good enough? I'm concerned with any unnecessary fat gains from the waxy maize. What do ya think? Thanks

  • @super1range you dont have to listen to me but this is all fact. Take your whey with some water about 8 oz. it digests faster and therefore makes it to your muscles faster. and as for creatine, your can mix it with your whey or you can take it before your workout so it replenishes with you as you work out. Happy lifting
