50 Minutes to an hour a day 4/5 times a week is great for you. So you're fine. As far as food goes. It's soooooo easy to stay fueled up nowadays. Chicken breast and Fish, BAM! You've got all your protein right there. It's extremely easy to cook and it's CHEAP. Like $3 for a few slices of chicken breast.

@Frett1887 Noone eats a hamburger with a knife and a fork. Just because he eats like a pig does not mean our entire country is uncivilized by eating a hamburger with our hands.
