  • Cool, another great clip DRRIPCO, certainly one that I don't think most people would be able to find these days, and that probably many people have never seen.

Thanks dude, Rock On & Dicso Sucks!!

  • Encouraging sick people to cast aside their neck braces and go off their meds cuz god has healed them: That's OK. But a bit of blue humor from a radio station is a problem? Televangelists are an easy target. And I think Steve was the first to poke fun at them. Before Carson or anyone.

  • My parents raised me right. I would never do anything to harm them or harm myself, despite any "rock and roll" influence. The focus should be turned on the parents, not the 'entertainers' of the rock and roll industry. It's just entertainment, and if the child is too weak to have rock and roll influence their better judgement, then it's time to criticize the parents, not the entertainment. I've been a listener of Dahl for years, and even attended disco demolition. It's entertainment. Period.

  • Steve Dahl RULES and this preacher is a total douchebag stroke!

  • It became WSEX in 1983 and then WCBR-FM in 1989. As WSEX it was "Love Songs and More" up until the beginning of 1986 when it became "Top Ten WSEX".

  • It's now 25 plus years later. Dahl's three sons are now grown. They're all successful. Patrick is a TV producer in LA. Mike is a producer for Comcast SportNet in Chicago, and Matt is also in Chicago broadcast radio.

How well has Rev. Fatass done with raising his kids? Do they have real jobs, or are they swindling others through some cockamamie "ministry" like Dear Old Dad?

  • There was a WSEX at 92.7 on the Chicago dial? I know the 92.7 call letters is WKIE, which is 92.7 Nine FM, which is an adult hits format. It was previously Onda 92 before that, which was spanish, from 2003 to '05, and was also Energy 92.7/92.5 (top 40/dance) from 2001 to '03, & and it was also Kiss FM, before CC bought the rights to the Kiss name in 2001.
