Experience for yourself what makes Wisconsin a great place for bicycle touring winding rivers, quaint towns, lush forests, picturesque family farms, friendly folks, and the mighty Great Lakes connected by a plethora of farm to market roads. This is where you want to bicycle!

A vacation by bicycle is a vacation like no other! Feel the wind in your face and the sun on your back, smell the fresh morning air, hear the birds chirping and see each mile at your own pace on your bike. Stop for lunch in a small town café with new friends, browse in unique shops, and soak in the local sights of each town along the way.

At Bike Wisconsin®, we organize fun tours in beautiful places for people of all ages and abilities. Whether you are new to bicycle touring or are a seasoned veteran, we have a bike tour for you. All tours are designed "by cyclists for cyclists", with a commitment to support our host communities and promote the fun, fitness, adventure and great times available to you when riding a bicycle.

GRABAAWR® 24nd annual, June 20-27, 2009, Challenging bicycle tour following the scenic Wisconsin River. Travel through the heart of Wisconsin and enjoy the backroads of the rural farmland. Delicious tasty food. About 70 miles per day. 700 rider limit.

Bike Northwoods Tour 11th annual, July 11-17, 2009. Small friendly cycle tour with a personal feel. Pedal through the glacial hills and forests of the Northwoods to small-town fun and excitment. Come join our cycling family. Great food meal plan option. About 60 miles per day. 400 rider limit.

SAGBRAW® 32th annual, August 1-7, 2009. The oldest cross-state bike ride. Family fun for all ages with fun stops along the way. Enjoy all the scenery and beautiful back-roads Wisconsin has to offer. Super food meal plan option. About 60 miles per day. 700 rider limit.

  • I love Cathy's accent! All I have to do is go back for a week and I'm saying Yup! and Oh, ya!  A couple of my older relatives still say Oof-Dah! Wisconsin is a great cycling state, with all the county roads.
