Amtrak's Capitol Corridor, northbound and southbound Coast Starlights, the eastbound California Zephyr and a San Joaquin train make stops in Emeryville, CA on the last day of my vacation.

  • Nice! We were trying to figure out what structure you were standing on for some shots. The perspective looks like it was fro a train-high ladder right up against the tracks and I know that wasn't it. Nice vantage on the Sunset and Stanford.

  • @DesertTrip I was on the pedestrian bridge that goes over to the Woodfin Hotel (where I stayed). The stairs wrap around the elevator shaft so there are all sorts of places where you can stop and get photos. Space was limited up there, so I was using the video camera on the bean bag on the handrail. My tripod would have blocked the whole staircase, and that's no good.

  • This video is making wanting to go back up there! Very nice Brett!

  • @slug96 Pick a weekend and let's go! Leave Friday morning, come home on Sunday. It's that easy,

  • Light power! haha great video...you going to be uploading any other types of videos since this is your last one?

  • @NSrailfan1 Do not fear! This is only my last vacation video, not the last ever. I have at least three more videos in the works.

  • Thumb's up if you see the hidden Superliner.

  • How do you tell a San Joaquin apart from a Capitol Corridor?

  • 9:24 I see someone taking photos of the Zephyr! lol

  • Something went wrong with Zephyr's horn...

  • NICE
