WTF? I don't get it. He HAVE added it cause even though it's an awesome mix, anyone who has the official EP knows this version is very different. Normally it does NOT start off with the low sample at all-- it starts out with the instrumental kinda hoppy music that you can just barely hear under the intro grinding sample, which normally only shows up as a background layer to the high singing right before the 911 and the drop ~0:53 here. After 2:00 they don't match at all. Full/EP version is 4:22.

@poisonfortheweak @MrMeenaG Okay let me explain AGAIN...So when the preview of the more monsters and sprites came out it had the FOTY drop with the call 911 now in it. I ripped that section of the preview and took the BBC radio rip of the original song without the call 911 drop in it. All I did was combine them and also I realized i forgot to add the preview rip to the second drop

Moral of the story is READ THE DESCRIPTION! All the information is in there.
