@saucegg Considering this was the only Final Four in history to feature all 1-seeds, you could make a serious argument that this was finest quality Final Four in history . . .and Kansas won it.

As a Kansas fan people need to give respect to UNC. They have 5 national titles to our 3. UNC gave Kansas Brown and Roy. Dean played and learned under Dr. Allen at KU and coached UNC to to 2 titles and 800w's. My fanbase (atleast here) likes to act like they are 20x the program that UNC is. Coach Williams is NOT overrated. He can recruit way better in the ACC. This was a great victory and title afterwards. Happiest i've been since 88. Lets hope we can meet UNC again...in the Final Four

@viperdawg41192 thats like a gators fan saying "if our 4 jr starters came back in 2008 we would have three peated and kansas would have never won". This kansas team was almost all 3rd and 4th year players while unc was younger. in 2009 unc had almost all 3rd and 4th years and destroyed everyone. All the 3rd years jumped to the nba on unc and florida after they both won in 07 and 09. Just be happy with the 08 title u barely won cause ku has underachieved in the tourney the last 3 years

aldrich would have outplayed perkins and put up better numbers

tyler hansbrough was a little queer in this game. getting outplayed by a freshman and had to resort to flopping. that's pathetic. He is dang lucky that all of kansas went to the pro's after the championship or else hansbrough would've never won a championship
