Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to participate in real and dream Olympic events, collect crystals to open pathways and rescue the Snow Spirits.

You'd think the Good Doctor and Turtle Man would build some kind of robotic monstrosity like Mecha-Bowser or the Egg Mech from Sonic 2 to take down our mascot heroes, or instead kidnap Peach and Amy and hold them hostage. But that would be too violent and awesome. This game just can't handle awesome. Instead they just settle for three dream events and that's it.

Oh well, it's a decent game. Considering what it is.

i get this is a sports game but WHAT THE HELL? the most hardened villans act petty and says: "you can only pass by beating me in (insert event here)" i mean seriously???

That boss is super easy, but i still liked the adventure mode.

Should have done it for the first Olympic game, thats what was left out.

Ah but im still glad I got the wii version even though this had a silly plot and not the epic adventure we were hoping for, it did give us Mario AND Sonic none the less, good game.

I thought it was a little interesting seeing all the Mario and Sonic characters interact with each other, I know the story is not the best to say the least but as I said in the first video's commentary IT'S A SPORTS GAME! So of course the story will be poor anyone expecting an epic Mario and Sonic crossover is in over their heads, anyways I know the interactions were cheesey but crossovers have yet to be successful (well most of them) that aren't parody or cameos.Gameplay itself was fun.

@HellfirePlaythroughs Yeah they should have saved that event as the last of the three final ones, would have made a bit more sense seeing as it's the hardest one and it should only be proper that the hardest anything should be saved for last in any game.
