http://carlzetterlund.com I've been in India for 5 months now, but I haven't exactly stuck to an Indian diet.

  • yaah noodles are not so easy to get in india ..zipper head

  • Holy Cow!!! I've had chiku only once--actually a bunch of times over days in 1 area i was passing thru traveling SE Asia. Chiku is the name i remembered. It became my like all time favorite fruits. But when I asked in other regions, no 1 knew what I was talking about, leaving me wondering if I got the name right. We get other tropical fruits here in Canada, but never seen a chiku again. Maybe they don't travel well. My tastes have changed, partic eating raw, but the nostalgic hit would B welcome

  • Good food choices but very restrictive. There isn't enough balance - sorry to even comment on that but balance is everything, especially with raw (such a wonderful dietary lifestyle and experience). Have things changed since you posted this?

  • are they ok to eat..I mean they dont give you any tummy problems

    ?

  • good to see some webmasters understand diet!

  • Hi Carl My name is Bela and I am from India living in USA. I just came upon your video searching for raw food. I am transitioning to raw food and I know it is the best thing if you can do it. I just visited India and had fun eating indigenous fruits like chiku which looks like kiwi here but sweeter and coconuts. Try some indian fruits. I love Korean dramas. Good luck with your visit to India.
