@WKalpha well even two years later i still have to say it may be bavarian but its still german. thats like saying its not american its virginian. i used to live in bavaria but i definitely lived in germany.

hahahaha the whole Bavaria is not German thing sounds like the North vs South thing yep Prussia definately wanted too own the rest of German speaking area thanks too Otto Von Bismark we have the modern day Germany(

The history of the unification of Germany is complicated. Prussia unified Germany, and Bavarians, by and large, hate Prussians. Historically, Bavaria was an ally of Austria and lost several wars to Prussia, so that's why they hate them. Saxony was annexed outright by Prussia, and became a part of their kingdom. But Bavaria was allowed to retain some of its independence, which is partly why they still think of themselves as an independent nation. To this day, most Bavarians still prefer Austria.

@BriTeeDubs the bavarians are the only german tribe who dont want to integrate themself in the german nation, everyone did, the saxons, swabians, hessians, frisians and much more, but the bavarians are a hopeless case :D

@Judingo actually no, its the other way around the German music influneced Mexican music, i thought it sounded Mexican too
