I'm 51 yrs, I still do high kick at 6 ft, leg bananas splitting, do weight and tae kwon do, those days were Police Officer in combating crimes in Singapore with many commendations.Cheers n have fun with me.

  • Hi Jais,if you want to do high kick,you have to do 2 exercise,is better everday abt 5 mins, first exercise squat down on your knee ,use both your palm and push out your side knee slowly and let it stretch for 5-10 sec,this will help you stretch your helm muscles and another exercise stand up put one hand on the table,the other hand raise your kick and stay there for few seconds,repeat these exercise within one months they will definetly improve alot,do these exercise gradually.Cheers

  • @EdmundKhh what splits do you do for that high hick , is it the banana splits/side splits the one you did in the beginnig of the video. how do you do the side/banana splits because i have been doing it every day for about 3 months and for the last month i have been stuck about 45 cm from the ground. is there something eles that will help me do it like you can to kick that high kick. thanks!
