@Boomyurblown i try to stay away from non musical systems because i dont drive around plaing test tones all day, and every build i have done peaked low. just the nature of my truck. i hope to get it peaking a bit higher with my new build. and im using a branch of sundown, obsidian audio.

@tommybashop then you had a bad sub or fucked something up. nightshades, when installed correctly, are competitive with the best of the best. Re xxx isnt even an "SPL" sub. the xbl^2 motor is intended for lower frequency, sq associated reproduction; hence your peak at 33hz.
