Are you talking about changing the theme in Settings -> Today? You should be able to change it in there. If you can't, then maybe you need to do a hard reset to get it working again.

I don't think you can delete the original or default theme on Windows Mobile. You can only install and use other themes instead.

Well, all the programs I use are linked to in the description of the video. The lock screen in the start is called S2U2 :)

They can be found at the links in the description. They should be easy to download and there should also be installation instuctions :)
