How to make a Kite that cost a fraction of store bought kites that flies further and much easier, my record 800 yards of fishing line...tell me yours.

@stealthypenguin134 usual using fishing poles have more grip or control at flying a kite you should try it its like fly fishing

You need to attach the rope on the other side of the kite, the front, you're attaching it to the back. You're doing it wrong...although it did fly...

Very nice... I like the bound double spar to provide the bow. Solves my problems with trying to get my hands on thin enough bamboo and forming that steam curve. :D
