El restaurante El Bulli, que obtuvo la calificación de mejor del mundo y que cuenta como chef con Ferrán Adrià, cierra hoy definitivamente para dar paso en el futuro a una Fundación que pretende convertirse en vivero de innovación en el mundo de la gastronomía.

  • El Bulli is like a stellar phenomenon that is repeated every few hundred years. I regret that I failed to taste dishes created by Ferrán Adrià. A mix of senses, the play of imagination, a blazon of global gastronomy. A deep respect for the history of restaurant , for the best chef in the world _Ferrán Adrià_
