I have an XPS 630 also and it does rock like crazy cool. I made the mistake of having a geforce 9800gx2 graphics card installed at dell which was good at first but then went down hill and kept overheating and afecting the whole pc. I eventually replaced it myself with a geforce 580gtx and its like my pc has a whole new lease of life even better than when it was new.
The XPS 730 is more powerful but its also less reliable than the Xps 630, the XPS 730's problems are what lead dell to make a 630
