Its like your coloring, but with fire :)

@hhoball Ok, but how do you make the cell efficient? Because the more amps in the cell the more hho gas you have, but in the same manner the heat buids up too..... ?!?! so how is your cell buit that it stays pretty cool?

homemade?

where do I get an HHO torch?
-
thats a grate torch bro
i nticed you have a mig tip
those are very good for pure flames because the tip disapates the heat well enough that its not very slowy consumed
my torch has a very small brass tube and im shure it is why my flame is yellow and i bet those impurities contribute to brazing difficulties

are you using an air flow gage thay give
false readings on h2 gas density plays
a key roll int hose devices
also thats a nice torch build a mini
torch for soldering these torches are
very good for soldering ill make you a video when i find time as for now
my cell is down my pumps inner gasket
filled the casing with electrolite i got the
brite idea to drill a hole to see if it would
drain and it was pressurized ... not to bright.
grate torch !!!
but how do you keep your cell cold ??? thanks in advance

@furulevi If you build an efficient cell, very little electricity will be wasted as heat. If you use a PWM to control it you can run it even cooler. Check out Zerofossilfuel channel for PWM boards.

How is it you have a blue flame, most of the home build systems I've seen all have yellow flames. Please reply.

A blue flame indicates pure hydroxy gas. Yellow is a sign that impurities are in the gas such as Naoh. I achieve this by running my cells cold. I turn on the cells and light the torch within 30 seconds of it being on. This ensures no steam mixed with electrolyte. I use KOH which almost never evaporates out with the gas, the way NaOH does. I must be sure to make that point in my next video. I guess most people are using dirty gas, thats why they cant weld with it. Keep the water cold. Stay Safe

Use KOH flake and you wont get electrolyte comming out of you cell with the gas. KOH stays in the water and wont evaporate out with the gas. Try it out. Its harder to get than baking soda but its not very expensive. Its by far the best electrolyte. I also run my torch with cold water in the cells. I dont let them get hot so i dont have any steam mixed with the gas. The flame you see is produced with my cells on for only mabye 2 min. Good Luck.

nice, try to film through the welding glasses next time :)

Thats a really good idea! I will try that!
