lol insulting his form is a bit nit picky, looked almost perfect to me, which refelcts his ability to lift that weight at his size

The weight is too much for you and you're compromising form. You're pulling with your lower back rather than driving more with your hips in combination.

I would try to sit a little lower into the weight before lifting. Also try to save the hip extension until the bar reaches your knees.

Today I deadlift 400#
I weighed like 165# in the video at 5'9... I've got stupid skinny arms and the legs of a 220# guy. Why I don't know, but that's the way it is...
