I love this mascara cause it really gives me a lot of volume and length but it still gives me raccoon eyes even if it is waterproof and its a killer to get off. Conventional eye makeup removers do not work on this!

well as for the clumping ti just maskes the lashes look more scarce than before. so that is not a good thing for people with not very many eyelashes

For the clumping issue, just try using a lash comb. If it still looks wrong after you use the comb, then yes, you will know for sure that the mascara is crappy.

Yes, I used an eyelash curler. I think what happened with this mascara was that the formula changed at some point and for some folks, no longer works as well. Change is never easy, but at least L'Oreal is coming out with new mascaras!

This product is kind of a hit or miss. I wore it today and on one eye, it was amazing, but on the other eye, it barely stayed on...so, I guess it takes some practice!
