@DurintheDeathless91 I think it has to do with many black metal bands are from Norway... They seems to have a hard time accepting Christiannity because it has been forced on them. So black metal bands like them, Mayhem and Gorgoroth just sing about that. If you check History of Heavy Metal : A headbanger journey.
