playing cs 1.6 a lot it becomes boring for some of the players[hackers]...and they are trying to find a way to have more fun with this game. so, the best way seems to be hacking[cheating], that's why there are so many hacks for cs 1.6, that's why there are so many hackers and video's about cs Hacking...
(well that's just my opinion) -[I might be wrong]
