  • great interview

  • @BorderCityBandit It's even worse than that. No one thinks WWE should be around at all. I'm an old school fan as well. I'm going to be 35 in April, so if you do the math, I grew up during the whole Hulkamania era of the 80s. Anyway, I hear wrestling fans now constantly talking trash about how WWE sucks, Cena's overrated & HHH is only where he is because he's Vince MchMahon's son-in-law. They all talk trash because they think it makes them look smart.

  • @IDIOTdella As Im getting older,I guess I have the Grumpy Old man thing is gotten me in my 30s ,when I wished it wouldve waited till Im in my 60s,lol,I dont think Hogan is hurting TNA ,anymore hell he hasnt been on tv in TNA since what late october early november,The bischoff thing is minor,.Russo dont even book anymore,Brother love does the booking,rUSSO IS minor,TNA will never be perfect,it will never bring in tons of fans,WWE has the market sewed up,I have accepted that,to a degree

  • @BorderCityBandit - I actually watch TNA, (haven't been a fan of WWE since about 2002), and he appears to use his creative control, imo, to the detriment of the company. He and Bischoff appear to wangle storylines so that they are featured over and above the legitimate in-ring talent. So, where I once enjoyed Hogan, I'm not getting much enjoyment from him nowadays because of this. Sorry...

  • @BorderCityBandit - I'd say I was old school too, but can I just say, back in the day I thought Hogan was a great entertainer, and it looked like he had fun in the ring, something that went beyond the ring and into the crowd, but for me, since he teamed up with Bischoff at the WCW it's been far more noticeable to me that his viewpoint has changed and that he's noticeably more selfish.

  • @BorderCityBandit Agree 100%! I guess I can say I´m "old school" as well and remember happily the big Hulk Hogan era. For me personally Hogan ist still the man and the all the new wrestlers haven´t not yet the half of his presence or whole expression. So the "new school fans" haven´t as well. People who talk trash about Hogan and the old times weren´t even born then or at least 2 yrs old.

Hogan will ever be my fave cause for me he´s still immortal.

    "What you gonna do, brother..."

  • @jonbap426 It's the same difference. Pro wrestling isn't a real effin' sport. They are entertainers first. HE just said Flair was the best...so those are just dumbass smarks who think Dave Melzer knows something everyone else doesn't...even though he never came CLOSE to the ring himself.

  • as an old school fan, I hate that Hogan is hated now,if you would have told me in 1991 that Hogan would be hated by the majority of the fans in less tnan 20 years. I would have asked what have you been smoking, I suppose he has brought a lot of shit on himself, but I have to address the mindsets of current fans, I call them new school fans.they are more like movie critics than actual fans,The mindset is that WWE is the only company that should be existence, and fuck all the rest,I just dont get it

  • the inmortal one

  • @WestG1997 paul orndorff doesn't like hogan either it's not all jealousy!
