  • Oh man Barry Brown Was wkd mon his passionately raw delivery wasn't candy-coated sweet or silky smooth. It was simple, direct, amicable and most of REAL. Listening to records like "No Wicked Shall Enter The Kingdom Of Zion" and "Politician" you knew this young brother wasn't from uptown. Rip Bredda!!!

Big Up ROOTS fi the upload and dat a serious DUB too

  • Enuf RESPECT to you rootslove for dis 1, i man big fan of barry - god bless

  • I was in my first year at secondary/high school and after school on a Monday evening we used to go to Kingsmead estate community centre in Hackney, London. As we approached the venue I remember hearing the roof of the community centre rattle as the bassline of this tune played. It was an awesome display of sonic power that got the hairs on the back of my neck standing up. In those days we would pay 50p/ 30c to go into the dance. Ganja would be burning hard in the dance..
