Local - For the keyboard version, this enables/disables the keyboard (so if I want to drive the synth through external midi, while still using the midi keyboard to drive something else external, this would let you do that). My guess for the stand alone version is that it's just a placeholder and does nothing.

This tutorial has been very helpful, I find it so much quicker and easier to absorb information through a demonstration rather than a manual. Thanks for uploading this :)

I really hate this video, man. Your accent, the camera moving as if you're drunk. So bad, brother. But I could have never really figured out how the multi mode works by the manual. Your video has saved Multi Mode for me. Thank you!

keyboard splitting?

@shackleton1 yeah, should have talked about that one too. But I think that once you understand the basic, its easy to figure out keyboard spitting too. The only extra you do is set the key ranges.

Two questions not answered:
1-Local,
2-Edits.
I'm using the Multi throughly, and I'm getting some problems when I sequence from a Monomachine, and I'm trying to input the notes via a Nord stage keyboard. Blofeld is a great sounding module but OS is very unstable.

@kr61ab67 you can find the answer to your questiosn if you download the manual from the waldorf website. But on top of my head, local enables , disables the knobs and edit allow blofeld to be edited remotely, via usb or midi.
