Does the paper mainly spin in one direction? because I can get it to go counter clockwise but am strugling with getting it to stay in a clockwise direction.

Beyond spinning a peice of paper could you talk more about the practical application of using chi? Could you maybe give some examples, maybe like a "try this nex"t kind of thing?

I have a question: I got aware of my energetic body a few weeks ago and after seeing your video recently, I gave it a shot. I got the wheel turning during a couple of days (video on my "channel") but I am having a hard time getting it turning again, or it hardly turns. i was watching your video on the candle, that part about feeling the force push through your hands, i dont know what the fuck it is but i had been doing that not knowing where i got the idea then i see this... is this for real or is something wrong with my mind? at first when my 1 hand would push the other i was thinkin am i jus doing this subconsciously or is it really happening? i just get really tense try to make a ball and my hand slowly moves to the right, any idea wtf is happening to me?
