This guys sounds like a bad troll to me, one who trying to bait other trolls to take them down.
He cannot be VFX since VFX would have have posted a vid or something, he's to narcissistic not to by now.
Oh btw ned, false DMCAing is a serious crime, just think about that one before going about and trolling if this is true that you helped you'll probably be in court yourself.
