@Meoroth12 If you have XP you type the same thing only in "Run" instead of "Command Prompt" after you press start.

@SpyNinja360 @Sjokkis TIME_WAIT means that you were connected to those IP's but the connection is now closed and is waiting for cleanup from the server.

@coaesf It isn't technically a connection, but one waiting to be born. SYN_SENT means that a program on your PC has made a request for TCP communication to another computer, but has not yet received an acknowledgment.
