Everyone has their beliefs as to how they fit into the world. However, only those who think for themselves, rather than blindly follow, will truly experience the real world. This animated tale is about one character's journey learning that lesson.

2nd prize winner in the 2011 Project-Reason Video contest.

  • That was truly inspiring, I am going to make sure my 8 year old son see's this, I am trying to teach him to think for himself but I feel this will get the point across more eloquently, wonderful work and message, you should feel proud of this.

  • @123backinyerface Let me know what he thinks of the cartoon. :-)

  • absolutely loved this, also the guy reminds me of doctor who

  • @123drue He's the ultimate critical thinker.

  • Terrific. I shared this with the cult of Dusty on facebook and Faved it here.. Great art deserves to be seen.

  • @CultOfDusty I have noticed a nice spike in views and comments since you shared the cartoon. Thanks for promoting "Think" and for your kind words.

  • What does the "i" symbolize? It appears the "i" equals "I" as in yourself. You can belong to "fa"i"th, pol"i"tics, or f"i"ght mentalities, but if we take time to th"i"nk on our own, we can see thru the lies and confusion and then be able to belong to an existence known as real"i"ty. If everybody put their "i" in the right place, then the world would be a better place. The raw power of symbolism is excellent in this video!

  • Great video, very inspirational and kind of sad at the same time, because it's so hard to separate from the social norms and be a non-conformist. We are social animals and strive for attention and acceptance, if only we were inspired to seek acceptance in being individuals rather than in being carbon copies of someone else. I think this video does exactly that, thank you for this great piece of work!

  • You made this?? Holy frack, it's beautiful!

  • I will share this with my friends, for sure. Thank you for the great video! :)

  • this explains exactly how i view the world .

  • 10 people who watched this video never sat to think in their lives.

  • well done good sir

  • I'm showing these to as many people as i can.

  • Let me get this straight...you are saying that I can be a free thinker and don't have to buy into this anti-religion bullshit? I can think for myself and I can choose to love God withouth having to get approval from anti-religious folks like you? I can march my own adult ass into a church and get on my knees experience the world of faith? sweet... I agree with you. :))

  • this was awesome.

  • as person of faith, i love this. Mind you, what this video calls 'thinking', religion has called 'contemplation' for a very long time. And the end is hilarious. We learn to think right and we reach 'heaven on earth'. That's exactly what most activists have been trying to do for hundreds of years. Change is only possible through compassion. I'm all for 'thinking', but if you have not love, you don't got nothing. DOuble negative fully embraced ;)
